Travellerway Gaging Winch, Model 4780, 800ft/60m

The Model 4780 is a double drum winch for use with travellerways with spans up to 240 Meters and gaging weights up to 150 Kg. and has been designed for adapting to existing cableways or sites where a BOC is the best option. The cable layering mechanism is mounted under the main cable and the Double Drum Winch is located at ground level for convenient operation by the operator. The Model 4780 can be supplied as a manual winch and is easily operated by one technician because of the gearing mechanism and option of two crank handles for the heaviest gaging weight or with the Model 4795 Power Drive Unit.
